I’m feeling a bit under the weather today.  I’m hoping this doesn’t turn into a full blown cold.

Today’s training was mental training.  I started reading a great book by Adam Young.  It’s called The Practice Manual.  I’m ashamed to say that I’ve owned this book for about 8 months and never picked it up.  I’m hoping to get a little insight on how to maximize my training results.
