My apologies for the past few days of missing posts. I’m new to the whole blogging thing and apparently I missed a setting to auto publish. That said, entries for the 6th – 8th should now be live.
Back on the speed training program today. I’m excited about the prospects of moving faster. One thing that I’ve noticed already is how much my cardiovascular fitness is lacking. The speed training workouts are intense when completed properly, but I suspect I should not be so tired when they’re completed. This stuff is exhausting! So, thats something else to include in this program. I need to get on a regular workout schedule.
